Scientists and researchers have been studying the effects of caloric reduction in animals for years. But serious study has been reported on the effects in people of reducing calories by 20-30 percent of what is needed to maintain their current weight with amazing results. So far. lifespan increases of up to 30% have been seen in animals. And, some of the same test traits are showing up in the human test groups.

Like the animals, human core body temperature was reduced and so was insulin which is associated with longer life. In addition, a reduction in DNA damage in their blood cells was confirmed. Assist Your Body With Supplements

We simply live in a society that just doesn't allow us to do all the right healthy eating habits all the time. And, some of the foods we end up eating or are slipped into our antiaging diet is processed. We can help our bodies by the addition of diet supplements that increase our chances for weight loss success and insure that we nourish our bodies with vitamins.

Falling levels of a hormone called leptin that helps the brain resist tempting foods may explain why people who lose weight often have a hard time keeping it off, U.S. researchers say. Restoring leptin to pre-diet levels may reverse this problem, they said, offering a way for weary dieters to finally win the weight battle.

Replacing missed or low levels of required vitamins and minerals helps our bodies replenish and restore. Because we need to nourish our bodies inside as well as out, we've created an entire section on anti aging supplement for you.
